It’s mission impossible to park a Mercedes G 63 AMG 6×6 in Monaco. The car is just way too big for a country that is so small. Still, the driver of the exclusive pick-up truck had a shot at it. After lapping the area again and again in search of a parking spot, he gave up and left.
It all happened in Monte Carlo, where the elite of world gathers up, in the company of their private exclusive exotic drives. Sporty, noisy, totally outrageous, with hundreds of horsepower underneath the bonnet. But they are all aware of one thing: in Monaco, it’s next to impossible to find a parking spot!
A gambling enthusiast attempted to park right in front of the Monte Carlo Casino. He failed to keep in mind though just this tiny detail. A Mercedes G 63 AMG 6×6 is an almost 6-meter behemoth (5,825 mm to be more precise). So regardless of how impressive it is, nobody is going to make room for it, just because it’s got six wheels and it’s Brabus-tuend. The 7000 horsepower is an output as useless as an umbrella in a hurricane, in the city along the French Riviera. Not even the valet came to offer his help to park the monster. Further more, the guards told the driver to move away. “Too big, too long!”, was there answer.
The monstrosity was actually bringing to the the casino the bodyguards of a wealthy family just arrived from the Middle East. Their bosses were drining two Pagani Huayras and a Rolls-Royce Dawn. Not even the petro-dollars of the sheiks can’t buy a parking spot in Monte Carlo.
Next time, they’d better arrive by yacht.
